“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” – Aesop
Do you have a compassionate child that loves animals? Guess what! 7-9 year olds can now volunteer. Join our CIA (Compassion in Action), a service learning program, to start making a difference in the lives of animals today!
Youth Service Learning
Download our Service Hours Booklet: “Boredom Busters” to discover all of the exciting ways to help the animals from the comforts of home, or anywhere. Projects vary from making catnip cat toys to organizing a supply drive.
Please call the Humane Educators, De Daltorio, Heather Grogan, or Sarah Napier at 843-329-0770, if you have any questions about Service Opportunities for Students.
Are you interested in learning about animals? Do you want to be actively involved in helping animals? Too young to volunteer? Children aged 10-13 are encouraged to apply to our learning centered volunteer experience.
Ages 10 – 13
Have you taken our Humane Heroes program and want more! This program is only for Humane Heroes Alumni (students that have taken our Humane Heroes program before) who wish to build upon their animal knowledge.
