Patient Fees Donated to Help Homeless Animals Every Third Wednesday

Charleston, SC – The doctors at Coastal Pain Care in North Charleston announced today the creation of a new program called “Giving Back” where 100% of all patient fees generated every third Wednesday of the month will be donated to help homeless animals at Charleston Animal Society.

Appointments for chiropractic treatment can be made by calling (843) 225-7746.  The practice is located at 8626 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC 29420.

“We help and heal people by using our hands,” said Coastal Pain Care’s Dr. Cam Wills, D.C. Chiropractor.  “One day each month we will be using our hands to give back to help animals in need at Charleston Animal Society,” he continued.

The cost of average patient visits at Coastal Pain Care range from $60 to $100 and 100% of the treatment fees will be donated to Charleston Animal Society all day, every third Wednesday of the month, beginning October 21, 2020.  “We are truly blessed to be able to foster the  ‘Giving Back’ spirt by helping people and helping pets.”

On average it costs $373 to provide food, shelter, and medical care for a homeless dog or cat to make that animal ready for adoption. “We could not be more thankful to the doctors at Coastal Pain Care who have rolled up their sleeves to use their hands to help save animals in need with the new ‘Giving Back’ partnership,” said Charleston Animal Society CEO and President Joe Elmore, CFRE, CAWA. “In these unprecedented times we are welcoming innovative ways for local businesses to support our important work to save animal lives.”
