Did you know that the food we eat can make us look younger, clear breakouts, and help animals? What we put into our body is just as important as what we put on it if we want to look and feel our best. Join us for this fun 90-minute workshop to learn:
- Which foods to eat to slow and repair signs of aging.
- Which foods make you age faster and why.
- Which foods make you break out and why.
- Resources for healthy meals for every budget and schedule.
- How our food choices can help animals.
This workshop is for women, men, teens, and children are also welcome. Questions and discussion are encouraged. Every choice we make, no matter how small, can make a big difference for ourselves and animals. We look forward to seeing you there!
