Help Us Save More Animals
Charleston Animal Society sent a team to Myrtle Beach on September 11, 2018 to evacuate 42 dogs out of harm’s way — and now other rescue efforts for shelters in the path of Hurricane Florence are being planned.
“The eye of the storm is bearing down on the Grand Strand and we have the capacity to go help,” said Charleston Animal Society Senior Director of Anti-Cruelty and Outreach Aldwin Roman.
More assistance is being planned for animals in other parts of South Carolina that need help.
