Come meet Toby our special needs dog of the week! Originally adopted from us in October 2008, Toby lived on Johns Island until his guardian found him injured in her yard. Veterinarian's who treated his wounds said that either a caustic or boiling hot substance was thrown at Toby. He suffered very serious wounds and has been recovering at CAS for a month. Toby is great with kids and a high energy happy dog, he also likes cats!
