Save A Life cat and kitten campaign!

Because we will do whatever it takes to put you into a new kitty or cat, and because desperate times call for drastic measures, we are announcing our SAVE A LIFE CAT AND KITTEN CAMPAIGN!  Now through October 31st, Cats are FREE to GREAT HOMES and kittens are $50. There is no excuse for anyone to get their new family cat from anywhere else. Our kitties are temperment tested, spayed or neutered, microchipped and come with a 100,000-purrr mile warranty. Please come in and take one out for a test pet today. Wish you could help but can't adopt right now? Donate now and help us save lives!

Adopting a shelter cat is an amazing value.  With every adoption your new feline will be tested for feline leukemia, given age appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive a free month of health insurance and a free follow-up health exam with your veterinarian.  All of these services add up to more than $200 in savings for your family.  Please consider adding just one more cat or kitten to your home.  Adopt a shelter cat and you will be truly saving lives!  All regular adoption criteria must be met.  The Charleston Animal Society reserves the right to refuse adoptions.
